gent360 PAN: Is a short lead that plugs in series between the RC receiver and a modified 360º servo. It changes the RC servo pulses from the receiver to optimise them for servos modified for 360º operation. Weighs only 1.7g (1/16oz)!

For it to work the servo must be modified in a specific way, read the 360° Modification page to understand what servos gent360 will work with. This addition will not make a standard servo into a 360º servo, it will improve the operation of servos already modified for 360º operation. 

NOTE: When the rotational speed is reduced individual pulses or steps in the motor become more noticeable. Our tests conclude that whilst this looks disconcerting, any effect they have is dampened out by the suspension system. This is not the limiting factor is positioning the camera.

gent360 TILT: Is a short lead that plugs in series between the RC receiver and a standard servo. Weighing only 1.7g (1/16oz) it has two operating modes:

1. Allows a full 90° rotation with some of the simpler RC systems that often only rotate 80°.

2. Allows a full 180° rotation using a standard servo. Some small and mini servos may not be suitable, read the 180° Suitability page to understand what servos wont work. 

gent360 LED

This device, which weighs only 1.2g (1/24oz), allows you to trigger the camera and pan the sky with a single device weighing less than 2 grams! Simply point the LED at the camera, connect a suitable servo to three of the pins and power to two more from a battery. The device will pan ~30º at a time take a picture, and repeat every 5 or 10 seconds. With the addition of gent360 ADJUST times from 5 to 35 seconds can be achieved.

The device is compatible with all the IR cameras our gentled SHUTTER product supports.

For it to work the servo must be modified in a specific way, read the plug and play page to understand what servos gent360 will work with. Read the options page for our products that use this technology.

gent360 SERVO: Is for cameras without IR control. The IR LED is replaced with a socket for a standard (unmodified) servo. This allows a servo finger to be used to trigger the camera, all other operation is identical to the gent360 LED.

The servo moves 45° in both directions to give flexibility in control and mounting of the servo.
gent360 RICOH: Is for Ricoh cameras with USB shutter release. It works in exactly the same way as LED and SERVO but connects directly to the camera via the USB connector (out of the picture on the right).

gent360 CHDK: Is for Canon cameras compatible with the CHDK firmware enhancement to allow shutter control via the USB connector. It works in exactly the same way as LED and SERVO but connects directly to the camera via the USB connector (out of the picture on the right).

Total weight including the 50mm/2" cable and USB connector is 5.5grams.
gent360 ADJUST: Is an accessory for gent360 LED, gent360 RICOH and gent360 SERVO. It connects in series with the power lead to the gent360 and allows the time between pictures/rotation to be varied from 5 to 35 seconds. The screwdriver adjustment varies the time approximately 1 second per turn.
